Speed Adjustment for Key-Frame Interpolation
نویسنده
چکیده
We present a method of speed adjustment as a means of controlling motion in of key-frame animation. This method is designed for key-point trajectories that are expressed as differentiable parametric curves. The animator is given a means of influencing the speed of a trajectory 's traversal by the direct manipulation of a speed-profile curve. Any adjustment of this curve is translated into an adjustment of the differential rate of the parametric sampling that produces inbetween frames from the trajectory. The sampling rate is correlated with objectspace distances along the trajectory. This results in intuitively meaningful control over the motion of the animation.

Camera Interpolation using Screen-Space Constraints
This paper demonstrates the use of image-space constraints for key frame interpolation. Interpolating in image-space results in sequences with predictable and controlable image trajectories and projected size for selected objects, particularly in cases where the desired center of rotation is not fixed or when the key frames contain perspective distortion changes. Additionally, we provide the us...

متن کاملAdding Hand Motion to the Motion Capture Based Character Animation
Most character motion capture data does not contain secondary motions like detailed hand motion, therefore the resultant animation looks unnatural due to the stiffness of hand motion. In this paper, we analyzed the pose space distance from the character’s motion capture data and used stepwise searching algorithm to find the key poses for hand motion synthesis. We adaptively changed the contrast...
متن کاملFast Semantic Segmentation on Video Using Motion Vector-Based Feature Interpolation
Models optimized for accuracy on challenging, dense prediction tasks such as semantic segmentation entail significant inference costs, and are prohibitively slow to run on each frame in a video. Since nearby video frames are spatially similar, however, there is substantial opportunity to reuse computation. Existing work has explored basic feature reuse and feature warping based on optical flow,...
